Main Characteristics：
◆Use electric pulling piece design: The pulling piece speed is quick, so the time spent on pulling piece is shorten and air supply consumption is reduced to make sure the quality from forming。

◆Independent temperature control: use special concentrated plane far infrared ceramic heating piece for assembly, temperature is uniform and power saving is 50% higher than traditional machine.Heating only takes 3 minutes.

◆Sealing heating is done on electric furnace to make heating much uniform and reduce heat loss and attach with manual switch to control furnace go up and down vertically and it is good for production and control quality, thick film is used with heating top and bottom electric furnace for heating(customs-made) to speed up heating time and improve production efficiency。

◆The machine has automatic device to get off from mold and it is much easy for products with high difficulty and will not easily distort。

◆Two row top needle chain transmission, run at high speed can still guarantee accuracy and stability. Width can be adjusted so that the machine can use film at the maximum and reduce scrap material。The leftover materials only have three centimeter(For 560 molding disc, only 590 of materials are required for production.

◆The machine has water cooling device and high speed cold water spraying so as to speed up forming speed and quality and production speed is doubled than traditional machine。

◆Two times of vacuum can be added so it is much easy for forming products with high difficulty and improve quality and reduce scrap rate。

	4.when unloading mold, times of 0-9 can be adjusted randomly. Two times of top mold can keep formed products no distortion when unloading mold and no cracking. For products that are crispy and not easy to unload, this machine is the best choice。
	5.manual blowing can make products that cannot be made on this machine without distortion and damage to molds。
